Eileen E. Kroll worked as a nurse prior to her becoming an attorney. Specializing in medical malpractice, she brings a wealth of experience through her trial litigation background combined with her extensive medical legal expertise.She handles all aspects of medical malpractice litigation including birth trauma, as well as claims involving general medical issues in emergency medicine, family practice, cardiology, orthopedic surgery and failure to diagnose cancer cases. Elizabethann B. Cochran graduated Magna Cum Laude from Eastern Michigan University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Law and Government and a minor in Political Science. While attending Eastern Michigan University she was active in their traveling mock trial team. Beth attended Wayne State University’s Law School and obtained her Juris Doctorate in 2014. While attending Wayne State University Beth participated in Legal Advocacy for People with Cancer.

Jeffrey M. Mussin started with Cochran, Kroll & Associates as a paralegal, and was promoted to attorney after being admitted to practice in the State of Michigan in 2016. His experience and honors at trial competitions have shaped his strength in the area of Personal Injury Litigation. Jeff graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism/Computer Science. He obtained his Juris Doctor with ABA Certifications in Civil Litigation and Criminal Law from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2001.

Rula Aoun and has been with Cochran, Kroll & Associates since 2017.
While attending Wayne State University School of Law, she served as an intern at the Wayne County Third Circuit Court and intern to the Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. She also participated in the Business Law Clinic, offering free legal services to Detroit area entrepreneurs, and interned at a refugee shelter assisting clients with preparing asylum applications.
