What I would say to NP – attorney Kroll, her front desk clerks need to REFRAIN from practicing law.
This woman’s legal opinion shouldn’t be acknowledged.
Medical malpractice by a family physician is much different than malpractice issues at a state ran county funded, medicaid receiving clinic.
But in this individuals opinion it’s all the same.
But as she refused to hear is that this is why a previous case was declined – not because there wasn’t medical malpractice but because there is no way to actually collect or hold these county controlled and state funded agencies accountable.
But according to the person that answers the telephone who speaks as if she is an attorney at this firm – there is no issue with medical misdiagnosis by a family physician who then added incorrect diagnosis to a chart and refused to remove them when I offered correct diagnosis.
She’s dismissive and as a front desk clerk it’s rude and actually illegal as she is NOT AN ATTORNEY.
Don’t waste your time unless you actually get a break and she doesn’t answer as I did the day that I actually SPOKE to attorney-nurse Kroll and she explained why there was technically a case in the first instance but no way to SUE. That’s what Kroll said. I don’t care what the notes actually say – possibly there was an incorrect notation or it couldn’t accurately be noted (possibly software limitations). Or possibly the receptionist misread it because she is, again, NOT AN ATTORNEY.
But the legal scholar manning the front desk while practicing law rules this office not the actual attorneys.
The reason I actually reached out is because attorney–nurse Kroll is actually polite considerate and respectful and speaks from ACTUAL EXPERIENCE unlike the first line person that runs the firm or speaks as of she does.
